This Week in Rejection!: Eldritch Tales

By itself, this one has little to offer, other than a nice "awww" moment for the kindness of a busy editor pointing a young aspirant towards other potential markets. It's a rejection, yes, but one with promise, as the editor of Eldritch Tales lists several other publications for me to try. Nice guy, right? Saving me some research time, some whittling down of my list of markets to hit...

Wait until next week, though, when you see the result of my attempt to publish with one of these suggested magazines...
